Service minimum and scheduling
• 2 hour minimum per booking
• Schedule as far in advance as possible to ensure availability and guaranteed service
• Short notice requests: Same day or next day requests may be available, but are not guaranteed and depend on the schedule

Payment for purchases
• Client provides a deposit to cover shopping costs or provides a credit card for expenses
• If using a deposit, If purchases go over, the client pays the difference. If purchases are under, the remaining balance is credited back or applied to the invoice
• Receipts are provided for all purchases
• Service time is separate from purchase costs

Substitutions and approvals
• We will only substitute items if the client approves substitutions ahead of time
• If substitutions are not allowed and an item is out of stock, you will skip it or try another store with clients' approval
• We may contact the client during the errand for quick approvals and if they are not reachable, you will follow the pre approved substitution rules

Delivery and drop off
• Delivery location must be confirmed in writing
• If the client is not available and access is not possible, the organizer will wait up to 20 minutes, then the errand may need to be rescheduled and waiting time is billable
• Any delivery fees such as parking, tolls, or store delivery fees are billed to the client if applicable

What counts as billable time
• Travel time during the service window is billable
• Shopping time and waiting in line is billable
• Returns and exchanges are billable
• If a store visit is unsuccessful due to out of stock, refusal to accept ID, closed store, etc., time is still billable because the time was spent
​
Cancellations
Cancellation policies and refund terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Clients are responsible for adhering to these policies, and any exceptions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Item restrictions
• Age restricted purchases require valid ID at delivery and cannot be left unattended
• We reserve the right to decline any request that is unsafe, illegal, or outside scope
​
Quality and liability notes
• We are not responsible for manufacturer defects or store errors
• For high value items, signature required at drop off or client must be present
​
Communication expectations
• Client provides a working phone number for day of communication
• Response time expectation during the errand, for example respond within 10 to 15 minutes if decisions are needed
• If no response, you will follow the pre- approved plan
​
Service area
Our primary service areas include McKinney, Prosper, Celina, Frisco, Allen, Princeton, Melissa, and Plano. If your location is outside these areas, a travel fee may apply and will always be clearly outlined in your written agreement before services begin.

Final note: All services will be confirmed in writing. A signed agreement is required from both the organizer and the client before services begin.​
